Featured Company - Arketa
Arketa just raised $15M and is building out its senior leadership team with two VP roles in NYC. If you're a GTM or finance leader looking for your next move, this is worth a look.
What they do: Arketa is an all-in-one platform for studios and wellness entrepreneurs to run and scale hybrid businesses. Users can manage schedules, take bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, run text and email marketing campaigns, and launch fully branded apps and websites.
The raise: Arketa closed a $15M Series A and is growing quickly. They're backed by Y Combinator, First Round, and Inspired Capital.
Why it's interesting: They have strong product-market fit and are hiring these VPs as strategic partners and builders working directly alongside the cofounders. It's an early enough stage that these leaders will help shape the company, in a wellness software category that's still being defined.
