I love this stage of growth because it’s still early enough that things are exciting, you can usually get a reasonable amount of equity, but the company has typically figured out product-market fit and has some solid business practices established.

Featured Company - OffDeal

OffDeal is an AI-powered investment banking platform for SMB acquisitions. They raised a $4.7 million seed round in September, led by Radical Ventures.

They’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer based in NYC. It’s a great early role for the right technical leader on a very small team (less than 10). The tech stack is focused on TypeScript, React, and NodeJS. Compensation is $165K – $230K with 0.5% – 2% equity.
