Featured Company - Offsite

Offsite is “Airbnb for team retreats.” They offer a marketplace to easily book vendors for team retreats, offsites, and conferences. I’ve used Offsite to plan, well, company offsites, and they make things so much easier. They’ve raised a $3.1M seed round and are growing quickly.

Offsite has two open positions:

• Growth Marketer - This role is perfect for someone with marketing experience growing a user base from 1k to 100k users. It’s a "full-stack" marketing role with the primary goal of generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You’ll be a marketing team of one and report directly to the CEO, Jared. The compensation for this position is in the $100k range.

• Proposal Coordinator (Contract) - A contract role that is focused on creating detailed proposals and securing great deals for clients. This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in hotels and events who has existing relationships with multiple hotel portfolios. A 3-6 month contract, full-time, at the equivalent of a $70,000 to $80,000 salary.
