Featured Opportunity - Wayside - Founding Engineer

I met Phil, one of the Wayside founders, a couple years ago at an HR conference in Vegas. I was impressed by the vision he laid out for Wayside and product he and his co-founder, Ish, were building. In the years since I’ve seen Wayside go from proof of concept to a viable business building some really cool HR tech.

Wayside is an early-stage startup that helps professional employer organizations (PEOs) scale their client operations using AI. They’re seeing real customer growth and are ready to bring on their first full-time hire.

This is a great opportunity to join a very small team and make a huge impact from day one.

The role: Founding Engineer
Tech Stack: Next.js and AWS
Location: NYC (in-person or remote)
Compensation: $60k - $120k depending on experience
Equity: 1 - 2.5%
